Order Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Important Shipping Guidelines

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including full address, city, state, and PIN code.

A valid phone number is required so that the courier partner can contact you if needed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Damaged or Tampered Parcel

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it.

Please report the issue to us immediately.

Once a damaged parcel is accepted, RIIVVA will not be responsible for any missing items.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable on all COD orders.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, delivery is available only within India.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or packed.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Address Modification

Address changes are allowed only before the order is processed.

Refund Policy

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds.

For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Payment Options

We accept prepaid payments through secure payment methods.
